Creation of the First ECHELON
Development of ECHELON began in 1998 and launched in 2000 as Japan’s first sophisticated and professional ceramic coating for cars.In pursuit of high performance that was difficult to achieve with conventional organic resins, we adopted the innovative material SiO2 to establish a unique technology of application that forms an inorganic glass layer. This has created a new category called "ceramic coating," breathing new life into the entire car detailing market.
2004
Launch of FE-1043
FE-1043 is an innovative product made from a completely different material than the conventional ECHELON series, forming a glass coating. This coating provides a remarkable sense of thickness while delivering strong protection. Additionally, its ability to solidify as a single layer left a strong impression. Development began around the release of the first-generation ECHELON, and monitoring tests produced results far beyond our expectations. As a result, the development code "FE-1043" became the official product name.
2005
Market Share Expansion
"ECHELON New Version" has been released, which is a major improvement over the original "ECHELON", and a new product "CS-1" has been born that emphasizes hydrophilicity while also achieving both coating performance and ease of application. This has greatly contributed to the widespread use of glass coating. Furthermore, by adding the "FE-1043" to the lineup, the ECHELON brand has further increased its presence in the market and gained a large share of the market.
2006
Growth in Overseas Markets
Starting with exports to Korea, ECHELON products have begun to be sold around the world, including European countries such as Germany and Poland, as well as in Asia, the United States, and the Middle East. We have established ourselves as a pioneer in the overseas expansion of the glass coating market and continue to lead the industry.
In areas where the coating culture is underdeveloped, we do not just sell products but also focus on promoting the culture through specialized seminars and training programs.

2011
Premium Grade Product
We have released "Zen-Xero," the highest-grade product in the ECHELON series, which boasts top-class performance in coating hardness, thickness, weather resistance, and gloss. It achieves ultra-water-repellent performance with a contact angle of 110° and remarkable durability. As the glass coating category gains recognition and becomes established in the market, this product represents the pinnacle of uncompromising quality, utilizing our development expertise, experience, and knowledge. Additionally, we have also introduced "Clareed," a water-repellent coating for window glass. By focusing on specific parts, we use the most suitable materials for each to maximize the effectiveness of the coating.
2013
High-Performance Coating with New Structure
"1043 NANO-FIL" is a product developed with a new concept to meet the needs of an era when glass coating has become commonplace and hardness is required. By adopting an innovative structure that gives flexibility to the conventional glass coating, we have improved its ability to conform to the painted surface and reduced damage caused by scratches. This has taken the core purpose of coating—protecting the car—to a higher level.
2015
Creation of Zen-Xero Technology
Based on a new theory called "Zen-Xero Technology," the use of an accelerator (primer) dramatically improves the bonding strength between the paint surface and the glass coating, resulting in high durability. The new "Zen-Xero Dynamic" and "Zen-Xero Smart" models, which adopt this innovative technology, have been released, and "Clareed" has also been significantly upgraded. Our unique technology perfectly combines fluorine and glass, achieving both long-lasting super water-repellent properties and stain-resistant properties, further evolving the product.
2019
Product Development Aimed at Global Market
We have newly developed specialized ceramic coatings designed to protect various vehicle parts such as wheels, leather, headlights, and metal trims. As demand continues to expand overseas, we have strengthened our product lineup to better align with the needs of global markets by incorporating requests from various countries. With this initiative, we aim to provide products that meet diverse needs and achieve further growth in the international market.
2024
20 Years of Evolution
It has been about nine years since the birth of Zen-Xero technology. In pursuit of even greater heights, we have dedicated ourselves to product innovation and quality enhancement. We thoroughly refined the key elements of coating performance — hardness, film thickness, weather resistance, and gloss — while repeatedly experimenting and improving, ultimately achieving a significant leap in application efficiency.
As a result of these efforts, we adopted new technology that combines ease of use with high performance, leading to the first renewal of "ECHELON New Version" in 19 years. Furthermore, as the successor to "ECHELON Zen-Xero Dynamic", we introduced "ECHELON Zen-Xero DYNAMIX", establishing a new standard for next-generation glass coatings.
